At SHRI RADHA GOVIND ASHRAM, we deeply appreciate your charitable donations which support our spiritual programs, anna daan, and temple construction. As donations are voluntary contributions made without any expected exchange of goods or services, all donations are strictly non-refundable.
If you believe that an accidental deduction has occurred or there was a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately within 72 hours of the transaction.
Refunds for technical errors will be processed after thorough verification with our payment gateway partners. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Donations made towards specific causes (such as Anna Daan, Cow Protection, or Temple Construction) will be strictly utilized for those intended purposes.
